1:1 Coaching
A space to think clearly about what comes next.
Working in music can be exciting, meaningful, creative, and full of possibility.
It can also be intense, uncertain, all-consuming, and hard to navigate alone.
Careers in music rarely move in straight lines. They evolve through chapters, pivots, periods of growth, and moments when something no longer fits the way it once did.
Sometimes you’re building something new. Sometimes you’re trying to make sense of a transition. Sometimes you’re stuck in a loop with a decision you can’t quite make. Sometimes you’ve reached a point that looks good from the outside, but doesn’t feel quite right on the inside. Sometimes you’re simply craving a more sustainable way of working, or feeling the pull toward something new.
1:1 coaching offers space to slow down, hear yourself more clearly, and make thoughtful decisions about what comes next.
Our work together is a place to bring the questions, ideas, frustrations, hopes, and uncertainties you may not have room for elsewhere. Together, we’ll explore where you are now, what matters most, what may be getting in the way, and what a more intentional, sustainable way forward could look like for you.
Before becoming a coach, I spent nearly two decades working in artist & producer management, supporting people through the highs, uncertainties, and pressures of building a life in music. That experience shapes how I coach, and means I bring both perspective and a real understanding of what this work can ask of you.
This isn’t about fixing yourself or forcing a five-year plan. It’s about creating space to reflect honestly, reconnect with what matters, and move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and self-trust.
What coaching can look like
-
We begin with what feels most present for you right now: a challenge, a decision, a transition, a frustration, or a question you can’t stop circling. You don’t need to have it all figured out before you arrive.
-
Together, we slow things down enough to make sense of what’s really going on. We’ll explore what you want, what feels off, what’s changed, and what matters most at this stage of your life or career.
-
Coaching can help reveal the habits, fears, assumptions, patterns, or pressures that are keeping you stuck - so you can start responding more consciously, rather than just reacting.
-
From there, we turn reflection into action. That might mean making a decision, having a conversation, setting a boundary, starting a project, changing how you work, or taking one small but meaningful step forward.
-
Coaching isn’t about rushing to an answer. It’s about building momentum in a way that feels grounded, sustainable, and aligned with who you are now.

FAQs
-
Coaching can be helpful whenever you’re navigating change, uncertainty, a decision, a transition, a creative block, burnout, or the desire for something to shift. Some people come with a very clear focus; others come with a feeling that something isn’t working and want space to figure out why.
-
Not at all. Many people come to coaching because they don’t yet have full clarity - that’s often the point. We simply start where you are and work from there.
-
I work with people across the music industry, including managers, label and publishing staff, creatives, founders, and others navigating work and life in this space.
-
A single session can be useful for a specific issue or decision. Longer-term coaching gives us more space to go deeper, notice patterns, build momentum, and support more lasting change.
-
Not exactly. Coaching is less about giving advice and more about helping you think clearly, explore what matters, and move forward in a way that feels right for you. That said, my background in the music industry means I understand the context you’re working within.
-
If you’re at a crossroads, carrying questions you don’t have room to think about properly, or craving a more intentional and sustainable way forward, coaching may be a good fit.
